What’s your warranty policy?
We’ve got you covered with manufacturer warranties for all our products. If you’re unlucky enough to run into any issues, we’re more than happy to handle claims or repairs with the manufacturer on your behalf. Just note, postage and delivery charges will be on you. Here’s a quick breakdown on what’s covered:

CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP devices: 2 years

For ResMed devices, customers are eligible for a total of 5 years warranty by signing up to the free sleepvantage program.)

Mask and mask consumables (cushions, headgear, etc.): 90 days

Standard/Heated Tubing: 90 days

Humidifier Chamber: Humidifier water tubs (Standard): 90 days

Humidifier Chamber: Humidifier water tubs (Cleanable) 1 year

DC Converters: 1 year

CPAP Battery: 6 months

Power Supply Unit: 2 years

What’s not covered under the warranty?

Damage from improper use, abuse or modifications.

Repairs by unauthorised third-party services.

Damage from smoke (cigarette, pipe, cigar, etc.)

Exposure to ozone or activated oxygen.
Also, the warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original buyer. Claims must be made through the original point of purchase.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Sometimes, we might need to confirm details with the manufacturer to finalise your claim.
What’s your returns and exchanges policy?
We know mistakes happen, but please choose carefully. Here’s what we can and can’t do:

Finding the item cheaper elsewhere after purchase? If your product isn’t faulty but you’d still like to have it returned, call us first on 1300 76 29 39 to confirm if it’s eligible.
Products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, and must be in original, saleable condition. Opened, sealed items (like masks) can’t be returned due to health regulations.
For returns, include your details and a copy of your invoice. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after we’ve inspected the item.
Please note: for refunds, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted to cover postage and restocking costs.
