Price Match and Lowest Price Guarantee

What is your price match promise? 

Our goal is to offer the most extensive range of CPAP and wellness products at the lowest prices, backed by independent advice and comprehensive care.  

If you find an identical product sold by an Australian-based accredited provider of the product (with an ABN) at a lower price – including GST, delivery and all other charges – we’ll do our best to match it. Some exclusions may apply. 

How can I request a price match? 

Just present proof of the lower price, including shipping or any additional charges, to one of our team members in-store or over the phone. They’ll review and verify your request and then get back to you. 

What makes a product eligible for price matching? 

To qualify for price matching, the product must: 

• Be identical to our stocked item, including the brand, model number, and colour. 

• Be available for purchase and in stock for delivery or same-day collection from the competitor. 

• Include all applicable charges (e.g., shipping and GST) in the competitor’s final price, listed in AUD. 

Can I price match online prices in-store? 

Yes! Our original prices are the same online and in-store. If you notice a discrepancy, you can present the current online price at the time of purchase to redeem it in-store. The item must still meet all eligibility criteria (e.g., same colour, size and style). 

What proof do I need to provide for price matching? 

You’ll need to present the competitor’s ad or website showing the lower-priced item to one of our team members in-store or over the phone. They’ll take care of the rest. 

Do any exclusions apply? 

While we aim to match prices whenever possible, some exclusions may apply. Be sure to check with our team for more details. 

Why do you require the product to be identical? 

This ensures a fair comparison. Matching the brand, model number, and colour guarantees that you’re getting the same product at the best price. 

What happens if I can’t provide proof of the competitor’s price? 

Unfortunately, we can only verify price matches with clear evidence, such as an ad or website. This helps us ensure accuracy and consistency.
