What are the fees for standard delivery?
- Free standard delivery for orders over $100 AUD.
- A flat fee of $9.50 AUD applies to orders of $100 AUD or less.
How long does standard delivery take?
- Metro locations: 2–7 business days.
- Regional locations (including WA, QLD, and NT): 4–10 business days.
What are the fees for express delivery?
Rates depend on the parcel weight and order value:

Express delivery arrives within 1–3 business days.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day courier delivery for eligible Metro Sydney suburbs on business days. For this option, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM AEST using Credit Card or Eway. Orders placed after 1:00 PM AEST will be delivered the next business day.

Please note same-day delivery is subject to courier and warehouse availability.
