You can attend the clinic to collect your order at the selected day and time this week. If we are unable to accommodate your preferred time due to the maximum attendees being exceeded, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

Please note the following:

• Click and Collect is currently available only from our Macquarie Park clinic (Suite 103/6 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park NSW 2113)
• Please do not attend our clinics if you are diagnosed with COVID-19, have any COVID-19 symptoms (including a sore throat, runny nose, cough, or shortness of breath), a close contact of a positive COVID-19 case, or otherwise required by NSW Health to self-isolate.

Our Click & Collect service is as contact-free as possible. When attending our premises kindly observe the following:

• Wear a mask
• Stay outside the clinic and wait for assistance
• Bring a copy of your order confirmation form with you – either a hard copy or a soft copy on your phone / tablet
• You, or the person you have authorised to pick up your order, will need to bring a photo ID

You will receive an email confirming your Click & Collect Request has been received, there is no need to separately email or call us for the same confirmation.
